Our client is a high-energy Cyber Intelligence technology firm, that has created a market -shifting solution to DETECT, ANALYZE and RE-MEDIATE all kinds of threats and malicious information in the clear, dark & deep web. We are looking for a Senior Manager - Operations to join our team in the NYC office. This is a key role, reporting into the CFO of the organization. The role has the dual responsibility of heading the Operations for the company and managing our client contract process under the guidance of the CFO. Our Sr. Ops Manager will be responsible for smooth, day-to-day operations focused on service, excellence and business acumen. S/he will be a hands on leader responsible for the general, administrative and operations management of the offices in US, EMEA and APAC and for the contract management process for the client agreements.
Sample roles and responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate operations across the offices of US, EMEA and APAC Lead vendor negotiations and relationships across all gamuts of office logistics and facilities. Project manage real estate improvements and build-outs if relevant Manage relevant risk policies including emergency alert systems, first aid and other relevant workplace health & safety concerns Help collect and organize data in a manner to guide leadership decision making
Manage contract process, including signatures and proper filing of final documents. Be a subject matter expert on the systems of record used to support contract signatures, reporting and filing. Identify process improvements, shepherd contracts to completion, and ensure that automated systems are functioning correctly. Triage legal aliases, route legal inquiries to proper subject matter experts, answer questions from other teams and point people to appropriate resources Seamlessly and proactively collaborate cross-functionally with multiple groups to understand and ensure consistency of legal processes. Handle confidential and highly-sensitive information with professionalism.
Preferred experience: Bachelor-s degree with at least 5 years of contract management experience in a SaaS company with experience in SaaS metrics. 5 years proven operations management experience Experience supporting and directly working with a large Go-To-Market Sales Team Experience educating and guiding non-legal colleagues on proper internal legal processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with internal and external stakeholders across multiple deals and projects simultaneously Proven experience in a similar role with Administration, Operational, and budget management responsibilities Excellent problem solving skills Strong written communication skills Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to navigate complexity while driving impactful outcomes Ability to roll up the sleeves and get things going Highly client centric and outcome focused
